• Dogs
  In consideration of all our guests, we do not allow dogs during the winter.
• General terms and conditions
  The agreement for accommodations is given in accord with the Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH) 2006 as well as other special conditions. Bludenz is the court of jurisdiction.
• Cancellation
  Cancellations made up to three months before the agreed date of arrival will not be assessed any cancellation fees. A fee of 40% of the total cost of stay will be assessed for cancellations up to 30 days before the agreed date of arrival, 70% for cancellations up to one week before arrival, and 90% for cancellations in the last week or in the case of a 'no show'.

• Arrival
  BIn case of delayed arrival and/or early departure, guests are required to make payment for the full sum of the cost of stay, minus a one-off sum of € 30 for adults (15 years and over) and € 15 for children (up to 15 years), per person and per day.
• Arrival by night
  Our reception is open from 7am to 10.30pm. In case of late arrival, we request that you make your arrival time known before 6pm. The fee for the night service staff is € 12.
• Winter closures
  The Lech - Warth road is closed in winter. Please make a note for your GPS navigation device.
• Arlberg Ski Pass
  The Arlberg Ski Pass is valid in the ski area of Lech, Zürs, Stuben, St. Christoph, St. Anton and Klösterle - including 278km of perfectly prepared slopes between 1300 and 2800 metres, 85 of the most modern cable cars and lifts, and 180km of deep powder slopes. The pass can be obtained right at our reception with no wait. Please note: payment must be rendered when picking up the ski pass (cash, credit card, EC Card).
