Health & Safety
For the safety and well-being of our guests as well as our staff members please follow our guidelines before and during your stay at Plattenhof.
We want to offer you a reliable and relaxed atmosphere for your vacation days with the greatest possible safety. We have therefore been closely monitoring developments since the beginning of the Corona pandemic and are now preparing accordingly for the winter season.
As our guest, you should be able to enjoy your well-deserved break in the mountains, skiing in one of the world's best ski areas and all other activities in the snow, as well as culinary delights and sustainable relaxation to the fullest.
We conscientiously implement the government's requirements and make additional regulations where these appear expedient in our hotel. Because our and your health are the greatest resource and out of consideration possibly towards vulnerable people.
Even if we all have to do without shaking hands at the moment – we will not miss to welcome and serve you always with a friendly smile (behind our face mask obviously).
We look forward to welcoming you to our Hotel Plattenhof.
In Austria there is a requirement to keep a minimum distance of one meter between persons of different households. Please pay attention to this. Additionally we ask you to avoid situations of crowding, i.e. at the bar, buffets, reception.
Our extensive facilities and spacious hotel areas - from the bar to the lobby to the restaurant - are currently of great benefit to all of us.
We require that you wear a face mask or covering in all public indoor areas of the hotel, with the exception of pool and spa area. The reception has a limited supply of face masks at your disposal.
It goes without saying that our staff members wear a face mask during their shifts and when interacting with customers.
Remember to wash and sanitize yours hands frequently. Disinfectant dispensers are available at many points throughout the hotel. We have always maintained high cleaning standards. In these special times we are intensifying them yet again.
Mutual consideration and personal responsibility are currently the most important things. This is important especially when you travel on vacation. If you feel sick or show any symptoms, PLEASE DO NOT TRAVEL. If you show symptons during your stay, please contact the front desk immediately so that the necessary steps can be taken together.
To further limited exposure, please pay contact-less when possible.
