Reservations are only confirmed once a deposit of €500.00 per person has been received at the following bank account:

Meals
Guests who let us know by 10.00am that they do not intend to eat at the hotel that day will be reimbursed €7.00 per adult.

Dress code
We request that guests wear evening dress for special occasions and the weekly gala dinner.

€20.00 per car per day

Pets
Out of consideration for our other guests, dogs are not allowed in the restaurant area. Thank you for your understanding.

Terms and conditions
Bookings and stays at the Hotel Plattenhof are subject to the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (2006) as well as a series of additional conditions. 

Cancellation conditions
There is no cancellation charge for cancellations made up to three months before the scheduled date of arrival. Bookings cancelled between three months and 30 days before the scheduled day of arrrival will be subject to a cancellation charge of 40%. Bookings cancelled up to one week before the scheduled date of arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge of 70%. Booking cancelled less than one week before the scheduled day of arrival, or in cases where guests do not cancel their booking but fail to arrive, will be subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 90% of the accommodation price.

We recommend that guests take out holiday cancellation insurance with an insurance company such as www.europaeische.at.

Arrival
Guests who arrive later than scheduled or who leave earlier than scheduled will have to pay the full price of the accommodation booked minus a flat fee of €30.00 per adult (15 years and older) and €15.00 per child (up to 15 years of age) per person per day. Rooms are available from 3.00pm on the day of arrival. Guests are requested to clear their rooms by 11.00am on the day of departure.

Nighttime arrival
Our recepion desk is open from 7.00am until 10.30pm. We ask guests who will be arriving late to contact us by 6.00pm. A fee of €12.00 will be charged to guests who arrive after 10.30pm.

Road closures in winter
The road connecting Lech to Warth is closed in winter. Please be aware that satellite navigation devices may not be aware of this winter closure.

Arlberg Skipass
The Arlberg Skipass entitles holders to ski in Lech, Zürs, Stuben, St. Christoph, St. Anton, Klösterle, Sonnenkopf and (new!) Warth-Schröcken. It gives skiers and snowboarders access to 340 km of perfectly prepared pistes between 1300 m and 2800 m altitude as well as 87 state-of-the-art lifts and cable cars and 200 km of powder descents. Guests keen to avoid queues can purchase the Arlberg Skipass at the hotel's reception desk. Please be aware that payment must be provided in full when picking up the ski pass. Cash, Maestro, MasterCard and Visa are accepted.

Lost and found
Items which are found in the hotel are kept for six months. Please be aware that guests who wish to have items they have forgotten on holiday sent to their home address will have to pay the postage and packaging costs themselves. Items not claimed after six months will be disposed of.
