Between early December and the middle or end of April, the snow-sure ski area in and around Lech is a hotspot for wintersports enthusiasts yet manages to avoid being overrun by tourists. The lifts and cable cars run from the centre of this picturesque mountain village and give skiers and snowboarders access to 110 kilometres of marked pistes and countless powder runs. The nearby Hinterwies lift lies just 150 metres from the four-star superior Hotel Plattenhof.
Several of the pistes Lech-Zürs are connected by the legendary 22 km “White Ring” ski safari taking in marked pistes, lifts and powder descents. Don’t miss out on this unique sightseeing tour through the beautiful Arlberg region!
Arlberg ski paradise
Combined with the surrounding villages of Oberlech, St. Anton, St. Christoph, Stuben, Warth and Schröcken, skiers and snowboarders in Lech can enjoy an incredible 340 kilometres of slopes connected by 94 lifts and cable cars using just one lift pass: the Arlberg Skipass (available from reception).
Guests trying skiing or snowboarding for the first time or wishing to improve their technique can contact one of the wintersports schools and can also hire equipment from our rental partner.
