Snowpark Lech: kickers, drops & cliffs

17 freshly groomed and crafted obstacles are at your disposal each and every day. The Fun Run with easy obstacles is ideal for beginners or those keen to master the big kickers. The Pro Line: bigger kickers, higher speeds, more airtime. Those who take off here should have already spent some time practising hard for their ‘pilot’s license,’ so to speak. On the rail line, beginners and advanced snowboarders practice side by side to master obstacles of different heights, lengths and gradients designed to put boarders’ sense of balance to the test.

Important questions & answers

Yes, the ski resorts of Lech and Zürs are connected. The two villages are located in the same ski area, the so-called "Ski Arlberg". This area is one of the largest ski regions in the world and includes not only Lech and Zürs but also St. Anton, St. Christoph and other surrounding villages. There is an excellent lift and piste infrastructure that allows skiers and snowboarders to move seamlessly between Lech and Zürs.

Lech has an excellently developed lift system. In total, Lech & surroundings offer 94 lifts to transport skiers and snowboarders to the surrounding mountains. These lifts consist of a combination of cable cars, chair lifts and drag lifts to offer guests a wide range of options to reach the slopes.

The exact dates for the start and end of the ski season can vary from year to year, depending on snow conditions. However, the ski season in Lech usually starts at the end of November or beginning of December and lasts until mid-April. We recommend that our guests consult the official website of the ski resort or the local tourist offices for up-to-date information on the start of the ski season.

Lech is known for its excellent snow conditions and is considered a very snow-sure skiing area. Due to its geographical location in the Austrian Alps and its altitude of about 1,450 metres above sea level, you can count on sufficient snow during the ski season. In addition, the ski area has modern snow-making facilities that can produce additional snow if needed.
