The White Ring, the Alps’ most legendary ski circuit, has linked nature and technology as well as the villages of Lech, Zürs, Zug and Oberlech for over 60 years.
The White Ring - A must-ski circuit for skiers on their winter holiday in Lech Zürs am Arlberg featuring six thrilling slopes around the Omeshorn mountain linking the villages of Lech, Zürs, Zug and Oberlech.
The legend
Attracting winter sports competitors, the White Ring is a half-day sporting challenge with approx. 22 km of ski runs and 5,500 metres of ascents and descents. At the same time, it’s also a sightseeing tour on easy and intermediate ski runs with viewing platforms at the Rüfikopf and Madloch (natural platform). All the best while skiing the White Ring!
One entry point into the White Ring is only a few meters away from Hotel Plattenhof. With 5 descents and 7 lifts this particular Ski-Track is the highlight during the season.

In motion
The White Ring - the Race
Every year, 1000 ambitious winter sports athletes compete in this thrilling race, every moment of which is closely followed by spectators alongside the course and at the finish line. Meanwhile, locals and guests listen to the race call as skiers of different age groups compete for a spot on the podium.
Pepi Strobl, Harti Weirather, Tom Stiansen and Patrick Ortlieb have all participated in the legendary ski race in the past. In addition, Andreas Goldberger, Rainer Schönfelder and David Coulthard have also strapped on their skis to experience the Arlberg from its most challenging side.
Local hero
State-certified mountain & ski guide Angelika Kaufmann from Vorarlberg has participated and won the Race several times.

Run of Fame
On the RUN of FAME, skiers can go on a new, spectacular ski circuit through the entire Ski Arlberg skiing area. The 85-kilometer-long circuit with an 18,000-metre difference in altitude runs from St. Anton/Rendl via Zürs and Lech to Warth and back again, and is dedicated to those ski pioneers and stars from sport and film who once sashayed on skis down these snowy slopes and left their marks behind.
